SetAttribs 

Allows several penlet attributes to be set in a single call. The configurable attributes are defined in the PackageAttribPairs enumerator, which are: category, group, group version, locked, private, name and version. For locked and private, use true or false as the value.

Exports textual description of penlets  

 

Update 

Loads the list of packages into the client library's internal cache. The penlet information will stay in this internal cache and can continue to be retrieved until the pen is detached. Use the Count and Items properties to retrieve this information.

Gets the package count. If the package data has not been retrieved then it will make the direct API call and get it from the pen information XML.
